• Draft motions, legal briefs, and other litigation documents

• Conduct legal research and write case analyses

• Take and defend depositions of clients, experts, and witnesses

• Advise clients on legal developments and case progress

• Negotiate settlements and support alternative dispute resolution efforts

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school

• Solid knowledge of litigation procedures and documentation

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
