Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Hanover, MD

Pay: Up to $19 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time - Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our client's team in Hanover, MD. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position will be TEMP-TO-HIRE for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and personable
