Legal Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Uptown, Charlotte

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Receptionist to support our attorneys with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff or department

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and legal documents

• Provide administrative support such as data entry, scanning, and filing

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold a professional front office environment
