CMA is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer and Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in delivering clear, engaging, and user-friendly content that bridges the gap between technical complexity and audience comprehension. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality documentation, marketing materials, and creative content that align with our brand voice and values.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (2-5 years) as a technical writer, content creator, or in a related role.
• Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into clear and concise language.
• Proficiency in documentation and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, Markdown, or equivalents).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools, software, or industries relevant to the role (e.g., software development, IT, engineering).
