We’re Hiring: HR Onboarding Specialist

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Hybrid — In Office Tues, Wed, Thurs)

What You'll Do:

• Own onboarding from offer to first shift — guiding clinicians through every required step.
• Coordinate background checks, drug tests, all clinical compliance items, credentialing, benefits enrollment, , and start dates.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact — answering questions, solving issues, and setting the tone.
• Partner across departments to ensure speed, accuracy, and a consistently positive experience.
• Stay ahead of delays, follow up promptly, and keep our systems and people aligned.

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, healthcare staffing, HR coordination, or credentialing
• Strong working knowledge of onboarding platforms, ATS/CRM tools, and Google Workspace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — professional, warm, and clear
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a strong attention to detail
• Understanding of healthcare staffing, licensure requirements, or credentialing is a plus
• Must be able to work in the Mechanicsburg, PA office Tuesday through Thursday (remote Monday/Friday)
