Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Staffing Sales Professional to lead business development initiatives in the Austin metropolitan area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating $4–5 million annually in IT contract staffing sales and brings an established network of client relationships across the region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the Texas market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships in the Austin metro area.
  • Leverage your existing rolodex of hiring managers and decision-makers to secure new IT contract staffing opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets ($4M–$5M) through consistent pipeline generation and closures.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure quality fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to position services strategically and competitively.
  • Provide weekly reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven success in IT contract staffing sales within the Austin market.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently generate $4M–$5M annually in gross sales.
  • A strong existing network of clients and hiring managers across various industries in Austin.
  • Deep understanding of the IT staffing landscape, trends, and technology hiring challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup staffing environment.
  • Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments and enterprise staffing engagements.

Compensation:

Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses. Total compensation is designed to reward top performers significantly.
