Job Description

Summary / Objective:

Responsible for the accurate and timely performance of day-to-day general accounting functions. Perform tasks with direct supervision in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Responsible for preparation of account reconciliations, performance of complex accounting activities, financial analyses, and other accounting projects geared towards automation and efficiency of accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience highly preferred.
• CPA certification highly preferred.

Typical Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prompt, regular, and dependable attendance is an essential function of this job (Onsite).
• Prepare monthly consolidation packages with supporting documentation.
• Compile consolidated financial statements—including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—along with reconciliations and analysis.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Review and post journal entries in SAP.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Manage specialized financial analyses (e.g., inventory reserves, rebates).
• Help update and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide support for AR and credit management functions as needed.
• Prepare G-One intercompany reconciliations.
• Reconcile Gross Margin report with SAP general ledger.
• Assist in preparation of materials for monthly top management business meetings.
• Perform SG&A expense variance analysis: Actual vs Budget.
• Additional assignments as deemed necessary by management.
