Compensation: $86,330 - $105,224; this position is eligible for an annual bonus
Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL
As the Compliance Resource of the Ft. Lauderdale factory, you will support the application of regulatory compliance in multiple areas, including food safety, quality assurance (“FSQA”), and safety, health, and environment (“SHE”). In addition, you will support the execution of risk management, contingency planning, safety and training for all factory operations. As the onsite compliance presence for the factory in Framingham, you will be responsible for supporting safe operations by ensuring adherence to the highest safety, quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
As the Compliance Resource, reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for motivating leadership team members, evaluating and mitigating risks, support executing contingency plans, provide training on food safety requirements and other regulatory compliance, and much more to ensure Primo Brands complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Regulatory compliance includes but is not limited to: FDA, USDA, DOT, OSHA and EPA. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: HACCP, material handling equipment (MHE) certifications, ISO, and sustainability.
