Are you a meticulous and proactive Pharmacy Technician looking to leverage your expertise in a dynamic compliance role? We're seeking a dedicated individual to support our Compliance Officer, focusing on the critical area of controlled substance Compliance . This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring regulatory adherence and patient safety within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

What You'll Do:

• Champion Nationwide Compliance: Oversee compliance for controlled products through essential partner audits.
• Onboard Key Partners: Help onboard new pharmacy customers, ensuring a smooth and compliant integration into our network.
• Conduct Critical Research: Dive into regulatory research on pharmacies and prescribers, directly contributing to our pharmaceutical compliance initiatives.
• Foster Regulatory Excellence: Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Ensure Licensing Integrity: Verify and evaluate pharmacy customer licensing, upholding the highest standards of legality and safety.
• Drive Quality Improvement: Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to our company's robust quality management programs.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and works seamlessly with colleagues across all departments.
• Someone with strong interpersonal skills who can build effective relationships.
• An excellent communicator , both in writing and verbally, able to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel , ready to hit the ground running.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, accurately, and effectively.
• An excellent team player who can expertly juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• A current and active Pharmacy Technician License (Required).
