JOB SUMMARY
Daily management and oversight of the Firm’s US multi-offices semi-monthly payroll function using Ceridian/Dayforce software. Includes preparation of payroll general ledger journal entries to record legal/non-legal compensation and the timely preparation of all payroll funding notices and related documentation for submission to the Finance and Accounting Department. Collaboration with the Finance and Accounting Department is integral to this position. Supervision and training of payroll staff, as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
College degree with some accounting/business courses; Certified Payroll Professional preferred; 5+ years of related experience at a large law firm with multiple offices or professional service firm in a managerial supervisory capacity.
Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, dependent upon experience level.
