Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Palm Beach, FL, As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Senior Helpers, you will provide compassionate in-home care to seniors. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with personal care, coordinating with healthcare providers, and updating patient records. You will also educate families on patient care and act as a liaison between patients and doctors.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Experience with patient health monitoring and medication administration
• Skills in coordinating with healthcare providers and maintaining patient records
• Ability to educate families on patient care and act as a liaison between patients and doctors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach to care
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in senior care or a related field is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in nursing or healthcare is a plus
• Must pass a Background check and drug test.
• Must have a car in good working condition as you will be going to clients' homes.
