Litigation Legal Assistant - San Francisco (Hybrid)
$70,000 - $110,000 DOE | Hybrid: 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote
Adams & Martin Group is actively recruiting for a Litigation Legal Assistant on behalf of a well-established litigation defense firm in San Francisco . This firm handles complex litigation matters and is looking for a candidate who can seamlessly support attorneys with both litigation secretary and paralegal duties.
This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 remote) ideal for legal professionals who thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full support of attorneys handling civil litigation matters
Manage court calendaring and scheduling for litigation deadlines
Handle state and federal e-filing with precision
Draft, format, and proofread a variety of litigation documents and correspondence
Prepare and finalize Table of Contents (TOC) and Table of Authorities (TOA)
Maintain case files and support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Interact with courts, clients, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
Qualifications:
2-8 years of experience in a litigation support role (secretary, assistant, or paralegal)
Strong knowledge of California litigation procedures
Proficiency in legal calendaring, e-filing, and formatting TOC/TOA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Location: San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 in-office, 2 remote)
Compensation: $70,000-$110,000 annually, DOE
