Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant
Title: Identity & Access Management Consultant
Job Type: Full-time/Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension Based on Project Needs)
Location: West Des Moines, IA – 3 days onsite required
As a IAM Consultant, you will: - Collaborate with business partners to understand Identity and Access Management (IAM) needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain IAM roles and profiles in alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Design and implement access solutions, including defining roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure rights are appropriate and compliant with policies and regulations.
- Review and maintain IAM artifacts such as entitlements, roles, and profiles; identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor entitlement usage and generate reports/insights on IAM metrics and trends.
- Stay current on IAM industry trends and contribute to process improvements and future enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have: - Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with entitlements, access controls, and building IAM roles and profiles.
- Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, advanced formatting.
- Experience analyzing data and drawing conclusions independently.
- Ability to navigate and influence challenging conversations with stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a large-scale migration to an IAM framework (preferred).
- Familiarity with SailPoint (a plus; go-forward solution for enterprise IAM).
- Exposure to database management tools such as SAS, Tableau (nice to have).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $45- $50 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
