As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team and help us bring the brand to life through pop-ups and experiential events.

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Event Planner who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to take the lead on planning and executing brand events—from concept to completion. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Los Angeles, where you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute branded events, including pop-up shops, influencer gatherings, and promotional activities
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with brand goals and marketing campaigns
• Scout and secure event locations in key markets
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Track performance and provide reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Strong background in executing pop-up shops or experiential retail events
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through events
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to travel as needed

Pay range and compensation package:

$75,000 – $150,000 (Depending on Experience)
