Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and execution. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the vision, development, and delivery of innovative products that meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and product management, with a proven track record of leadership in fast-paced environments.

Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure to ensure systems are efficient, secure, and scalable.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices across all products.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of SEO experience. This is a required qualification.
  • Proven experience in a senior product management role, preferably as a VP or similar position.
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in Java, CSS, PHP, DNS, and systems administration.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in effectively managing IT infrastructure and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A passion for technology and innovation within the product landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP of Client Services to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and project milestones are consistently being met.
  • Delegate workload internally (Assign Account Manager): Manage resource requirements and maintain a healthy amount of new recruits to support 20 million in revenue in 2025
  • Oversee & Manage all Account Managers
  • Manage the department’s 3rd party vendors (Content providers, ORM fulfillment, PR wire outlets, SEO, Removals
  • Oversee Client Project Management Tools (Internal Client Folders & Spreadsheets, Zoho Projects, Client Manager with Project Coordinator & Developers)
  • Facilitate /client calls as needed (Weekly calls for some accounts should be implemented)
  • Review high-dollar clients for upsell opportunities (Define add-on services, Locate missed opportunities when possible, work with Reputation Analysts and Strategists to secure upsells)
  • Work with Reputation Analysts and Account Managers to schedule upsell/renew meetings.
  • Improve department expenses and increase campaign successes.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid remote — Sarasota, FL 34237

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $200,000 per year (base + bonuses)

Base Pay Range: $80,000 – $150,000 per year
