Job Description

Client Overview : Our client, one of the most premier makers of confections and other treats, is seeking a Creative Production Project Manager to join their team in Park Ridge, New Jersey on a hybrid basis.

Creative Production Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • The Creative Project and Production Coordinator will assist with managing creative project & production requests, processes, management and creative deliverables from kickoff to completion
  • Key liaison between our creative team, project management team and internal and external partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, resourcing, and deliverables to ensure that all objectives are met with excellence
  • Partnership with creative directors and marketing to pinpoint the necessary resources essential for executing the various work streams and deliverables outlined in statements of work
  • Maintain project schedules, tracking progress, ensuring appropriate creative reviews with support teams ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects
  • Vendor coding and invoicing for pre production costs and creative development costs.
  • This role will oversee the day-to-day project activities, including management of client communication

Creative Production Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a CPG company, beauty company or creative studio environment
  • Understanding of the creative production process for packaging, displays and other items.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Eskow or Asana
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and PDFs (including animation)
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint Skills
  • Management of internal and external vendor proofing and communications.
  • Knowledge of package design and P.O.P pre and post production requirements.
