About the Role

Corporate Bro is growing a media brand rooted in corporate satire, sales culture, and painfully relatable content for the modern workforce created by Ross Pomerantz. We’re looking for a sharp, funny, and creatively strategic Creative & Content Production Coordinator to help elevate and expand the Corporate Bro brand across platforms. This is a hybrid creative operations and storytelling role for a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills. We're looking for someone who understands brand tone, can manage multiple moving pieces, and knows how to bring stories to life with intelligence and impact.

You’ll support end-to-end content creation across our channels: from brainstorming and writing to capturing and editing. This includes writing video scripts, and sketches, social captions, copy, newsletters as well as responding to comments and helping shape our brand voice across platforms. You’ll keep projects moving, and bring structure to our creative chaos. You’re equal parts social media specialist, producer, copywriter, and project manager: comfortable behind the camera (and maybe in front!), and able to toggle seamlessly between creative and operations execution.

This is a one year contract with possibility for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Support script writing for skits, series, branded content and weekly newsletter
• Pitch, plan, film and help produce short-form video content for Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Youtube
• Write standout copy across platforms- including captions, scripts, and posts that drive engagement, sharpen brand voice, and nail Corp’s tone (satirical, bold, smart)
• Act as a voice behind the brand: engaging with our community, responding to DMs and comments, and maintaining tone consistency
• Help shape content informed by culture by monitoring business news and trends to identify timely, relevant angles
• Oversee content workflows from planning to publishing, working across timelines, tools, and teams to keep everything moving forward
• Create end-to-end content: scripting, shooting, editing, and producing with creativity, speed, and polish
• Support post-production: clipping footage, prepping social assets, and organizing content drafts across platforms
• Bring structure to our creative flow: organizing assets, updating trackers, and maintaining clean, accessible systems and folders

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in content, social media, brand, editorial, production
• A natural writer: you’re sharp, hilarious, and able to channel Corp’s tone and point of view
• Familiar with tools like CapCut, Final Cut/Adobe Premiere Pro
• Nice to have: Canva, Adobe Audition, or Logic Pro, Google Drive, Frame
• Comfortable with video-first platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts (and being both behind and in front of the camera)
• A proactive problem-solver who gets things done without needing hand-holding
• You have strong creative instincts and a defined editorial perspective - you know what works, why it works, and how to make it better in the process

Bonus Points

• Experience writing or editing for creators, comedy, or media brands
• You’re experienced shooting video
• Sketch comedy experience
• You have experience in a corporate environment
