What You’ll Do:• Build and maintain authentic relationships with Christian radio programmers across the country.
• Promote new and current singles, customizing strategies for each artist and song.
• Track airplay progress and report insights to the teams.
• Collaborate with artist managers, A&R, and marketing to create promotional plans and budgets.
• Travel as needed with artists to radio visits and events.
• Contribute to industry conferences and events as part of the WieRok radio team.
• Create or manage content for radio team social media when needed.
• Pitch in on other label tasks—because in a small team, we support each other and share our strengths.
What You’ll Bring:✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Christian radio.
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a bonus, not a must.
✔️ Deep understanding of the Christian radio landscape and a passion for sharing music that inspires.
✔️ Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
✔️ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a collaborative spirit.
✔️ A heart for ministry and spiritual maturity—aligned with our mission to share hope through Jesus.
✔️ Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, innovative team.
✔️ Social media content creation a plus!
✔️ Active member of a Bible-believing local church.
