Automotive Manager

Are you a seasoned automotive sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automotive Manager with both Sales & Finance experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Sales Process:

  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Vehicle Appraisals And Trade-Ins

  • Accurately assess the value of trade-in vehicles.
  • Negotiate fair and competitive trade-in deals.

Deal Structuring And Finance

  • Structure profitable deals, including financing, deal tracking & collection
  • Prepare accurate and complete sales contracts and finance paperwork.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

CRM Management

  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an automotive manager or in a Sales & Finance management role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in automotive sales software and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
